Come and explore the many ways that coding can put the power of creation into your students’ hands by harnessing their natural curiosity to understand how things work. This workshop will discuss ways to integrate coding across curricular areas and grade levels, and will share ways to get started with coding at your school. We also will explore the skills students actively develop through coding. Participants are encouraged to bring their own technology to try out coding with free apps and websites. Let’s join the coding revolution and help our students make the shift from technology consumers to technology creators!
